No two ways about it, ‘Homely Meal’s is a wasted opportunity. It’s brave to go ahead with a film that has a new face in the lead, but that is not an excuse to make a pathetic film. Watch this one at your own risk please!

Overall Homely Meals is average. The 162 minutes run time makes it a bit hard to tolerate. The Facebook micro observers will definitely find a lot of technical faults ones the DVD releases. This Homely meals won’t give any trouble to your stomach but it lacks the yummy factor.

In summary, its an average film and the meal will help you to serve your appetite if you are hungry. But for digestion, it may take quite some time. And for people who dream of pursuing a career in cinema, television and media, you will have some nice nostalgic moments which you have passed through and still going through.
