ഒരുവട്ടം കാണാന്‍ പോലും പറ്റാത്ത വെറുമൊരു മൂന്നാംകിട മെലോഡ്രാമയാണ് ഹരമെന്നു പറയാന്‍ അത്രപോലും ആലോചിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.

Haram, meaning ecstasy of being in love, will be short-lived if your partner is not the right person is what the director seems to convey. But the way he does it does not leave us happy. 

കൃത്യമായ ഫോക്കസ് ഇല്ലാതെ പോയി എന്നതാണ് തിരക്കഥയുടെ ദൗര്‍ബല്യം. ഒരു തുടക്കക്കാരന്‍െറ പതര്‍ച്ചകളൊന്നുമില്ലാതെ തന്നെ തികഞ്ഞ ശില്‍പഭദ്രതയോടെ സംവിധാനം നിര്‍വഹിച്ച വിനോദ് സുകുമാരന് കാതലുള്ള ഒരു കഥയില്ലാതെ പോയി കൈയില്‍.

പുതുതലമുറയുടെ ജീവിത വഴികളില്‍ പിറവിയെടുത്ത ഹൃദയഹാരിയായ ചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് ഹരം.

‘Haram’ had a promising plot. But, as the movie itself says, promises are fun to make and hell to deliver.

'Haram' is not everyone’s cup of tea. If you are looking for something out of the box, this one needs a chance and it will make you think for sure. In these times when what most films give you is migraine, this one is an attempt in right earnest.

The film is one for the high class audience who love to feel a film and love to make viewing an experience in life.

A head-scratcher movie that steadily sinks down like a rock thrown into a grubby pond, 'Haram' has none of the delight and elation that its title boasts of. 

'Haram' may not be an insufferable movie but it just doesn't have anything new or interesting to offer. 'Haram' won't stay in your mind even a wee bit and this one could be given a slip.

ഫഹദ് ഫാസിലിന്റെ പുതിയ സിനിമ 'ഹര'ത്തെ ഒറ്റവാക്കില്‍ വിലയിരുത്താം; ഫിലോസഫിക്കല്‍ ഗാര്‍ബേജ്, അഥവാ സൈദ്ധാന്തിക മാലിന്യം.

Haram fails to convince the larger audience about its content. With a vast script that chooses a dull path to establish a simple idea through many layers, the movie was a test of patience.

‘Haram may satisfy viewers who want to make structural analysis of  its content .

 ‘Haram’ is certainly an interesting watch but might not be an entertaining one. It all depends on your patience.

ഒരുപാട് വട്ടം പറഞ്ഞു മാറിയതെങ്കിലും, ബോറടിക്കാത്ത ഒരു കഥയും, കഥാസന്ദർഭങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും “ഹരം” പിടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ അത്ര കണ്ടങ്ങ്‌ വിജയം വരിക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ പോയ ഒരു ചെറിയ ചിത്രമാണ് “ഹരം”. 

Haram test your patience with a dull storyline and slow pace. If you still need to watch it, it should be for Fahadh and Radhika who did their best, but all for a loosing cause. 

The movie is watchful to all types of audience; including families.

A relevant theme, which fails to impress due to ineffective scripting. A total disappointment.
