Double Barrel Will Be Released On The Internet

Double Barrel will be released on the internet. This will be the first Malayalam movie to have a wide internet release. The news regarding the release of the movie through internet was announced by Shaji Nadesan, the co-producer of the movie, in a recent Asianet News Hour program.

The internet release of the movie will be done in foreign countries except India and UAE. The normal theatre release will be in India and UAE. They came up with the idea of internet release due to recent piracy issues. Shaji Nadesan has also mentioned that the theatre owners have given complete support regarding the theatre release program.

Double Barrel, starring Prithviraj and Indrajith in lead roles, was directed by Lijo Jose pellisery. Tamil actor Arya, Asif Ali, Sunny Wayne, Swathi Reddy, Rachana Narayanankutty and Isha Sharvani are the other actors who play other lead roles. The movie is planned to release in this Onam.
