Salim Kumar turns director with 'Compartment'

National award winning actor Salim Kumar is all set to try do a new role in his career as a director. His debut directorial venture is entitled as 'Compartment'. The story of the movie is about the life of differently abled children.

For developing the story of the film, the team has done an exhaustive research, by travelling one and a half years through schools with different range of children and interactions with the teachers. Even though such hard works are done, the actor promises that the movie will be having comedy scenes which separates it from a documentry mood.

The actor also says since it is the first film with differently abled children as central characters, the Guinness Book of World Records has approached him. The lead roles of the film will be done by Arun and Angel. The movie will release by next month.
