Manju Warrier And Rima Kallingal in 'Rani Padmini'

Manju Warrier And Rima Kallingal will be playing the lead roles in Aashiq Abu's next movie 'Rani Padmini'. Rima Kallingal will play the role of 'Rani' and Manju Warrier will be playing the role of 'Padmini' in the film.

‘Rani Padmini’ will be a thriller movie which comes under the category of a feel good travel movie. The movie narrates the story of two women travelling from Kochi to Himachal Pradesh via Delhi. They were strangers and have their own personal aims. According to Aashiq Abu the movie will be a multi starrer heroine oriented movie, which is very rare in Malayalam films.

The script for the movie will be written by Shyam Pushkaran. 'Rani Padmini' will be Manju Warrier's third movie after the comeback. Now the actress is currently busy with Sathyan Anthikad's Mohanlal project. The shooting of 'Rani Padmini' will start in January 2015.
