Fahadh Faasil to play the lead role in James Albert film

Fahadh Faasil will be playing the lead role in James Albert's directorial debut film. The film is entitled as 'Mariyam Mukku'. In this film Fahadh Faasil will be playing the role of Felix who is a fisherman. The film narrates the love story between Felix and Salomy who live in Mariyam Mukku, a coastal area that has a peculiar Latin American culture. The role of Salomy will be done by debutante Sana Altaf.

James Albert came to the Malayalam Film Industry as screenplay writer through the film 'Classmates' which was a huge hit. The film 'Mariyam Mukku' will be produced by the banner Sam Big Movies. Gireesh Gangadharan will do the Cinematography. Vidyasagar will be doing the music for this film. The shooting of this film is currently going on in Kollam.
