'Apothecary' to Hit Screens From Tomorrow

After the huge critical acclaimed movie 'Melvilasam', Madhav Ramadasan's 'Apothecary' is Hitting the Screen across the state from tomorrow onwards. 'Apothecary', a medical thriller, is set in the backdrop of a modern day, up market hospital and is a journey of dreams, greed, remorse and redemption.A play of life gets intermingled with a catastrophe in Dr Vijay Nambiar's life and the experiences he goes through changes his perspective towards life and outlook on values. The film hypnotically blurs the lines between the ‘living’ and the ‘lived’ to put LIFE in context. A mirror to Reality !

The film casts Suresh Gopi ,Jayasurya in the lead roles.  Abhirami makes her return to the field with 'Apothecary'.  Actor Jayasurya has already made headlines for almost shedding his 12kg Weight in order to meet his character. Suresh Gopi, the star plays the character of a cancer specialist in the movie. Asif Ali also does a prominent role in this movie.

The director himself have penned the movie along with Hemanth Kumar. Hari Nair wields the camera for the movie. 'Apothecary' is produced by Dr Baby Mathew and Dr George Mathew under the banner of Arambankudiyil Cinemas.
