Mr Fraud banned from theatres

This year’s Mohanlal's first film is banned from theatres. Theatre Owners has told that they won't allow the release of this movie in theatres. The decision has been made since the Kerala Film Exhibitors Federation has banned B Unnikrishnan, the Director of this film. The film was supposed to be released on May 8th 2014.

The issues have been started with the inaugural function of Kerala Film Exhibitors Federation's office which was held in last year. On that day, directors as well as the actors have not participated in the function. Members of Kerala Film Exhibitors Federation have alleged that the actors and directors didn't attend the function due to the instruction from the FEFKA General Secretary B Unnikrishnan.

Theatre Owners also mentioned that they have asked to start the shooting of the movie only after the issues have been resolved. But without giving any consideration, the movie has been finished shooting and release date confirmed. Hence the Kerala Film Exhibitors Federation came out with this decision.
