Onnum Mindathe - new 'Aalolam' without permission

Sugeeth's new movie Onnum Mindathe starring Jayaram and Meera Jasmine was released on last saturday. It was then Director Mohan watched this movie and understood that it has the same story of his super hit movie Aalolam which was released in 1982.

Mohan says that Director Sugeeth has not asked his permission for doing this film. Even though Sugeeth has mentioned the courtesy to the movie Aalolam, Director Mohan was unaware about it before watching the movie. Hence, Mohan is planning for legal procedures against Onnum Mindathe.

Bharath Gopi, Nedumudi Venu and KR Vijay had played lead role in Aalolam. Mohan and John Paul togetherly written the screenplay and dialogues for the movie. In Onnum Mindathe, Jayaram, Manoj K Jayan and Meera Jasmine play the roles of Bharath Gopi, Nedumudi Venu and KR Vijay respectively.
