എന്തൊക്കെയോ കാട്ടിക്കൂട്ടി ഗൗരവമായ സിനിമ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനുള്ള കുറച്ചു ചെറുപ്പക്കാരുടെ പരിശ്രമമാണു ഒന്നാം ലോക മഹായുദ്ധം എന്ന സിനിമ എന്നാണ് അവസാനകാഴ്ചയില്‍ തോന്നുന്നത്. പക്ഷേ പറയാനൊന്നുമില്ലാത്ത സ്‌ക്രിപ്റ്റും ആകര്‍ഷണീയമല്ലാത്ത അവതരണവും കൊണ്ടു മറ്റൊരു ന്യൂജനറേഷന്‍ ചവറായി പരിണമിക്കുന്നുവെന്നു മാത്രം.
