ഇവന്‍ മര്യാദരാമന്‍-ഒരു ദിലീപ് സിനിമയെന്നതിനപ്പുറം ഈ ചിത്രത്തിന് മറ്റൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും വിലയിരുത്തലും ആവശ്യമില്ല.

'Ivan Maryadaraman' is one of those wretched attempts in film making which will cause infinite damage to your ability to enjoy the art form called cinema.

All in all, ‘Ivan Maryadharaman’ is a one-time watch that can be enjoyed with the family. But those who wish to take something from the movie will be disappointed as this movie belongs to the watch and leave category.

പ്ലോട്ടിലോ സന്ദര്‍ഭങ്ങളിലോ പശ്ചാത്തലങ്ങളിലോ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളിലോ കാമറ ആംഗിളിലോ ബാക്ക്ഗ്രൗണ്ട് സ്‌കോറിലോ എന്തിനു ക്ളൈമാക്‌സില്‍ നായിക ഉടുത്ത മഞ്ഞപ്പട്ടുസാരിയില്‍ പോലുമൊരു വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാത്ത ഈച്ചക്കോപ്പിയാണ് ഈ രാമന്‍. എന്തിനീ പണം ചെലവാക്കി മെനക്കെട്ടു, ആ സിനിമ അങ്ങു ഡബ്ബ് ചെയ്ത് റിലീസ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ ഈ കൊലപാതകം ഒഴിവാക്കാമായിരുന്നല്ലോ എന്ന് മര്യാദരാമണ്ണ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ള ന്യൂനപക്ഷത്തിന് തീര്‍ച്ചയായും തോന്നാം.

Measure it by any yardstick, and I'd still maintain that 'Ivan Maryadaraman' is certainly not my cup of tea. For that matter, neither is the Telugu original that it blatantly admits to have been inspired from. 

മര്യാദരാമന്‍ ആഘോഷചിത്രമാണ്‌.

Ivan Maryadaraman is not a great film and even in the current form, it could have been shorter in its length. But for the fans of Dileep, this one is an enjoyable ride. 

Ivan Maryadaraman may find its target audience this vacation season but for the others, it is torture unlimited.

Dileep plays most of his trump cards and there is hardly anything new; yet he manages to keep his audience in splits. Raman's cycle is given a voice by Suraj Venjaramoodu, probably to add to the humour, but it hardly helps.

The film does not have anything extra ordinary in it and it may also not very pleasing to someone who already saw the Telugu version from which this has been made as far as we are concerned it has not raised up to the quality of the Telugu version. But it does not disappoint the family audience who wishes to relax and get entertained by going to a cinema hall. 

Simply outdated. Watch it only if you are a die-hard Dileep fan.

Ivan Maryadaraman becomes just an average entertainer for both category, the ones who have seen the original and also for those who are watching it for the first time.

In short Suresh Divakar and his crew delivered a complete entertainer, providing no chances for boredom to audiences, in a typical Dileep style; who is well extracted in the title role.
