ഇതിഹാസ നിങ്ങളെ അല്‍പ്പം ചിരിപ്പിക്കുക മാത്രം ചെയ്യും ; ചിരിക്കാന്‍ ഇഷ്ട്ടമില്ലാത്ത മനുഷ്യരില്ല എന്നത് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും ഈ സിനിമയുടെ വിജയ രഹസ്യം ..! 

 "ഇതിഹാസ"... ആരും വിശ്വസിക്കാത്ത കഥയുടെ വിശ്വസനീയമായ വിജയം.

In short, an average entertainer which could have turned much better with good scripting. Debutant director Binu S anyhow shows promise; let’s wait for his next film!!!

“Ithihasa” is a good one time-watch.

On his debut venture, Binu S weaved "Ithihasa" Malayalam movie in an experimental mode and the script also been written on a fresh thread. It is a balanced narration, neither more nor less and on that aspect, this flick is a good one time watch.

'Ithihasa' is enjoyable. Quite different from the other debutante, who has tried to for safe formula’s  in their first film, Binu S is on a different movie. He is trying to for a gender bender theme in his film Ithihasa, which has a thin storyline but an engaging narrative with a difference.

Overall I liked this small film that managed to keep me interested. The runtime of 150 minutes is slightly excessive but still it doesn’t bore you with dragging dramas. The rating is 3/5 for Ithihasa. It’s not a phenomenal film. It’s just a fresh fun film.

Ithihasa is an enjoyable experience.

The director has done a decent job and the film, with all its absurdity, makes for a cute, light-hearted entertainer.

Ithihasa is far from perfect but this one is a genuine attempt from a bunch of newcomers. Remember, it’s not an easy plot to handle and the team who made it should be appreciated for their conviction and hardwork. Try this one!

'Ithihasa' was not supposed to create history when it was conceived. But the endeavour of the makers to produce a flick that is not exactly run of the mill has succeeded. The movie is surely a decent watch with few frills and lots of energy.

A simple comedy entertainer.

‘Ithihasa’ a film combining proper mixture of comedy,  fantasy and romance in correct proportion;  directed by debutant but talented Biju S, again proved that new comers can do un expected magics.
